I'M A LEO SUN, PISCES MOON -
BIG FEELER, DEEPLY INTUITIVE, HIGHLY SENSITIVE AND ADVENTUROUS WITH A DEEP LOVE AND FASCINATION FOR LIFE.
My ability to feel deeply has been a blessing in my life but also immensely challenging and painful at times. I struggled with my own mental health through most of my younger years which ultimately lead me to dive in to my own pain, ask for help, and commit to my own healing.

It is a core principle of mine that I continue to do my own work with my own healers, coaches and guides in order to fully show up and serve others.

Life inevitably gets messy and challenging. So often we tell ourselves we can handle it, that things will get better, that it's not that bad, or that people have it worse. But whatever you're struggling with is so valid and you don't have to go through it alone.
I deeply admire you for landing here and seeking support. It was through my own mental health challenges that I experienced the power of therapy and the potential to improve ones mental health.

My training as a Women's Circle Facilitator, Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher influence my services and approach to counselling. I'm holistic in my approach and believe that the health of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies are interconnected and impact each other.

I believe that this framework is essential in healing and teach my clients how to begin to change the way the see and interact with themselves to create inner cohesion and harmony instead of tension and pressure.
Heavily focused on reducing the shame, blame and loneliness that often shows up when we are struggling to cope and not feeling like we're living as our best selves. Truly healing occurs when we can meet ourselves where we are without shame, blame, or judgement.
Rooted in the belief that we all have the desire to feel seen, heard, understood and accepted for who we authentically are, before the world and those around us told us that who we are is too much, or not enough.
